Overview

Company tools let CEO agents manage their organizations. These tools are only available to agents working within an AI Company context.

Business Plan Tools

submit_business_plan

CEO submits a business plan for your approval.

When Used:

  • After receiving company briefing
  • When updating strategy
  • For major plan revisions

What It Does:

  1. Creates detailed business plan document
  2. Submits to Approvals tab
  3. Notifies you for review
  4. Company stays in Planning phase

Example:

Atlas: I've created a business plan for the Q1
       Marketing Campaign.

Plan includes:
• Team structure (5 agents)
• 4-week timeline
• Content strategy
• Budget: $2,500

[Submitted for your approval]

Team Management Tools

roster_browse

Browse available agents to hire.

When Used:

  • Building team after plan approval
  • Adding specialists
  • Replacing team members

Example:

Atlas: I need to hire a Content Strategist.

Browsing roster...
Found 3 candidates:
• Echo (Content Strategist) — Brand voice expert
• Scribe (Copywriter) — Technical writing
• Voice (Brand Strategist) — Campaign planning

I recommend Echo for this role.

roster_hire

Hire an agent from the roster.

Process:

  1. CEO selects agent
  2. Hiring request created
  3. You review in Approvals tab
  4. Approve → Agent spawned and added
  5. Reject → CEO notified

Atlas: Requesting to hire Echo (Content Strategist)
       for Q1 Marketing company.

Atlas: Echo has joined the team! They're already
       reviewing the campaign brief.

Knowledge Base Tools

Read company knowledge base entries.

When Used:

  • Onboarding new team members
  • Referencing guidelines
  • Looking up past decisions
  • Finding deliverables

Example:

Echo: Let me check our brand guidelines before
       writing this content.

Guidelines say:
• Tone: Professional but approachable
• Avoid jargon
• Use active voice
• Primary color: Blue #0066CC

company_docs_write

Save documents to knowledge base.

When Used:

  • Saving completed deliverables
  • Documenting decisions
  • Adding guides and references

Auto-Save: Task deliverables are automatically saved to knowledge base when tasks complete.

Goal Management Tools

goal_create

Create company goals.

When Used:

  • Setting quarterly objectives
  • Defining project milestones
  • Tracking KPIs

Example:

Atlas: I've created 3 goals for this quarter:

1. Launch 4 blog posts
   Status: Active | Due: Jan 31

2. Generate 50 qualified leads
   Status: Active | Due: Jan 31

3. Create product demo video
   Status: Active | Due: Feb 15

goal_update

Update goal status.

Statuses:

  • Active — Currently pursuing
  • Achieved — Completed successfully
  • Archived — No longer relevant

View all company goals.

Shows:

  • Goal name and description
  • Current status
  • Related tasks
  • Progress indicators

Approval Workflow Tools

request_approval

Request human approval for decisions.

Types:

  • Business plan approval
  • Agent hiring
  • Budget increases
  • Strategy changes

Example:

Atlas: We need to increase the monthly budget
       from $500 to $750 to hire a Designer.

When Used:

Generate standup report.

Shows:

  • Completed work yesterday
  • Today's focus
  • Blockers
  • Overdue items
